Famed Chassis Builder Danny Martin Passes.

I'm sorry to inform those that knew Danny and have not heard that Chassis Builder Danny Martin originally of Martin Chassis has passed away.

Martin, Danny E., a resident of Henryetta, Oklahoma was born November 24, 1944 in Wichita, Kansas to Betty (Rees) Martin and Earl Martin. He passed away April 21, 2009 at Henryetta, Oklahoma at the age of 64 years 4 months and 27 days. Danny married the love of his life, Carolyn (Beattie) Martin on January 4, 1964 in Wichita, Kansas. He was the owner of Pro-Street Frameworks where the company made custom motorcycle frames; he was also the owner of Martin's Advanced Manufacturing, both in Henryetta, OK. Danny loved building & restoring cars, riding four wheelers, travel with his family. He was young at heart, loved making people laugh & always pulling practical jokes on people. Survived by his wife,Carolyn, of the home; son, Donald, Henryetta, OK; son, Damon and wife Carey, Broken Arrow, OK; daughter, Debbie Martin-Schaefer and husband Chris, Bixby, OK; sister, Marcia Denman, Wichita, KS; grandchildren, Dustin Martin, Dylan Schaefer, Taylor Martin, and Ireland Schaefer, as well as many other loving relatives, and numerous friends. Memorial Services celebrating Danny's life will be held April 25, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Tulsa's St. James United Methodist Church (5050 East 111th Street) Tulsa, OK officiated by Pastor Josue Araujo. Cremation arrangements were handled by Shurden Funeral Home of Henryetta, OK.
